Damaged, leaking, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order email and photos of the item and its packaging. We'll replace the affected items or refund them — your choice. You won't be asked to ship a broken jar back to us.

Unopened, non-perishable items

Unopened, unused, non-perishable items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Email us first so we can confirm the return and give you the address. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect. Refunds are issued once the item arrives back with us in resalable condition.

Items we can't accept back

For health, hygiene, and food-safety reasons, these cannot be returned once they leave the farm:

• Opened or used personal-care products — soaps, foaming hand soaps, roller bottles, sprays, and detangler.
• Consumable and food items — honey, syrups, tinctures, extracts, flour, garlic, and eggs.
• Fresh and perishable products, including fresh-cut sunflowers and fresh eggs.
• Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.

This doesn't limit the damaged-item promise above: if a consumable arrives broken, spoiled, or leaking, we still replace or refund it.

Handmade variation

Our products are made in small batches with farm and garden ingredients, so color, scent strength, cut, and markings vary from batch to batch. Natural variation isn't a defect and isn't grounds for a return — but if a product doesn't perform the way it should, we want to hear about it.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment processor. Once we send the refund it typically appears on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Original shipping is refunded only when the whole order was damaged, incorrect, or cancelled before it shipped.

Cancellations and changes

Because we pack quickly, email us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. If it hasn't been packed yet we'll cancel and refund it in full. Once a label is created, the shipping policy applies.

Local pickup orders

If you can't make your pickup day, email us and we'll reschedule. Fresh items that were harvested or set aside for a pickup that never happened can't be refunded, but we'll always try to work something out first.
